When she shuts the door on him, she is killing him in that moment. She is declaring him unworthy of paradise—she is God, casting him out into the muck and an eternity of lost wandering. That's the Tony we are left with at Holsten's Diner at the end. The Tony who is back into is old ways, gambling, sleeping with or pursuing young brunettes, and living with a truce with the NY families, king of the New Jersey garbage dump. He's always been dead, in a sense. This season was his shot at actually living, for once in his life, and his near-death experience after Junior shoots him is his shot at life which he ultimately fails. So while I do think that, yes, on the surface, the Diner scene seems to imply quite clearly that he's in danger, I actually think that the physical danger—Tony getting whacked—is a metaphor for his state of being, which is unfulfilled, and in a constant state of decay. Tony is already dead because his life is largely a series of motions and habits that will lead to his death inevitably.

Season one is made up of 12 episodes and 1 OVA, while season two comprises of 13 episodes and 1 OVA - and all of this is included here. I've watched the Blu-ray version - which is region free - and the HD quality is fantastic. (Note, the show is presented in English). This is, from start to finish, an anime series aimed at providing full-on 'fan service'. It's brimming not only with bra and panty shots, but full nudity (with a special focus on big bouncing boobs).
